Instructions for use:

Remove pillow before warming

Oven 75 degrees, 10-15 minutes. Be sure to check for hand warmth and re-check several times. Please be careful! Cherry stones can get very hot.

Do not heat in the microwave.

For cooling, place in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes. Before cooling or heating, wrap the pillow in a cotton or linen cloth.
