Collection from store or warehouse
You are welcome to pick up your online order directly from us in the store (accessories) or warehouse (children's furniture) free of charge. As soon as your items are ready for collection, we will send you another email (please do not confuse this with the order confirmation email).
Availability/Warehouse items
In-stock items will be shipped as quickly as possible. For items that we do not have in stock, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date after your order.
Postal deliveries
We ship postal deliveries up to 30kg, depending on your preference, via SwissPostPac Economy (7.- / 2-4 days delivery time) or
SwissPostPac Priority (9.- / 1-2 days delivery time). Bulky goods shipments are excluded from this. For these, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 19.-. Whether your favorite item falls under "bulky goods" will be shown to you at the latest during the checkout process.
Furniture shipping
For a flat transport fee of CHF 100.-, we deliver furniture directly to the children's room in Switzerland and Liechtenstein! For purchases over CHF 2,500.-, the flat rate for furniture shipping is waived.
