Shipping costs
We ship our parcels mainly with Swiss Post.

  • CHF 7.- Swiss Post Economy (B-Post, 2-4 days)
  • CHF 9.- Swiss Post Priority (A-Post, 1-2 days)
  • Free shipping from CHF 150.-*
    *Excluding bulky goods and general cargo deliveries
  • Bulky goods shipments CHF 19.-
    All shipments over 100 cm in length or with 2 dimensions over 60 cm or a weight up to 30 kg are classified as bulky goods by the post office
  • General cargo deliveries CHF 49.-

Good to know:

  • Fast delivery
    We prepare all in-stock items for shipping as quickly as possible. Orders with Swiss Post Priority shipping (A-Post) received before 1 PM on weekdays are usually processed on the same day. Whether a product is in stock or not is indicated on the product page directly below the price ('Availability').

  • Items with different delivery times in one order
    If the order includes items from different warehouses or items with a delivery time, the order will be shipped as soon as it is complete. We usually do not make partial deliveries.

  • Items with delivery time
    The inbound processing time for items with a delivery time is shown in the product description and in the shopping cart. These are delivery times from the manufacturers that we cannot influence. If there are delays, we will inform you accordingly.

  • Changing/canceling online orders
    After you have submitted your order, you can no longer change it online. Whenever possible, we will try to adjust your order; please send us an email to info@mysnowflake.ch. If your order is already in the shipping process, we unfortunately can no longer modify it.

  • Self-pickup in our stores
    Online orders can also be picked up free of charge in our stores. To do this, simply select 'Self-pickup' as the shipping method in the shopping cart. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Return policy
    Unused items in their original packaging, which are not excluded from the right of withdrawal according to our GTC*, can be returned at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the goods – for sale items, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

  • *Products excluded from exchange
    Furniture, strollers, car seats, wallpaper, paints, specially marked products, display items, and special orders at customer request are excluded from exchange (More info here: Right of withdrawal)

  • International delivery
    Currently, we only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Furniture deliveries

Upon request, we'll deliver your furniture directly to the nursery!

  •  Flat-rate shipping fee CHF 100.-
    Our long-standing shipping partners deliver your furniture in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for a flat fee of CHF 100.- directly to the nursery! Please note that for furniture pieces or items with different delivery times, we will wait for all furniture or items to arrive before delivering the entire order in one go. We usually do not make partial deliveries.

  • Order with Furniture & Accessories
    If you order accessories and furniture together, we will deliver all products together with the furniture delivery.

  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 2,500.-
    For furniture orders over CHF 2,500.-, the flat-rate shipping fee is waived. Here too, we will deliver the entire order in one go once all items have arrived at our warehouse. We usually do not make partial deliveries.

  • Furniture Delivery Times
    You can see directly on the product page whether we have your furniture in stock or whether we need to order it with a delivery time ('Availability'). If your desired furniture is in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the delivery. If we do not have your furniture in stock, the approximate incoming goods time will be indicated during the order process.

  • Assembly Service
    Upon request, our assembly specialists can assemble your furniture directly upon delivery! The flat-rate assembly fee is indicated online for each piece of furniture and can be booked directly with your order. Please note: Wall drilling/wall mounting is excluded from the assembly service.

  • Self-collection at our warehouse
    Furniture and mattresses can also be collected free of charge from our warehouse in Zurich Manegg. The self-collection option will be displayed directly in the shopping cart for the respective items. As soon as your furniture is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up date. It is advisable to check the package dimensions (see product pages) beforehand to ensure everything will fit into your car. Unfortunately, we cannot help with loading, so for large pieces of furniture, it's better to come with a second person!
