Shipping & Delivery Times

Stock items
All items that are in stock are prepared for postal dispatch as quickly as possible. We usually ship orders for stock items placed on weekdays by 1 p.m. on the same day (excluding orders with prepayment). Depending on the shipping method you choose (A-Post or B-Post), an additional 1-4 days for shipping time will be added.

Items with delivery time
The incoming goods time for items with delivery time will be shown to you in the product description and in the shopping cart. These are delivery times from the manufacturers that we cannot influence. If there are delays, we will of course inform you accordingly.

Whenever possible, we ship your order complete, which not only makes sense from a cost perspective, but is also more environmentally friendly. If your order contains stock items and items with delivery time, the order will be delivered as soon as it is complete.

In stock means that we have the item in stock and will ship it as soon as possible after payment is received.

You can choose between A-Post (CHF 9.- shipping costs, delivery time 1-2 days) or B-Post (CHF 7.- shipping costs, delivery time 2-4 days), regardless of the number of items or shipments. Online orders over CHF 150.- are shipped free of charge! This excludes bulky goods shipments (shipments over 100 cm in length or with two dimensions over 60 cm or weighing up to 30 kg) for which we charge a flat rate of CHF 19.- shipping costs (delivery time 2-4 days) and freight shipments (e.g. large mattresses) with a flat rate shipping fee of CHF 49.-. You can see whether your favorite item falls under bulky/freight shipments in the product text or at the latest during checkout under shipping method.

All consignments exceeding 100 cm in length or with two dimensions over 60 cm and weighing up to 30 kg are considered bulky goods by the Post Office. We charge a flat fee of CHF 19 for bulky goods shipments. Whether your favourite item falls under bulky goods shipments is either stated in the product text or shown to you in the checkout under the shipping method.

Unfortunately not, we currently only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Orders

Online orders can also be picked up in the store if desired. We will notify you by email as soon as the order is ready for pickup in our store.

Furniture and mattresses can also still be picked up at our warehouse in Zurich.

Once you have submitted your order, you can no longer change it online. Whenever possible, we will try to manually adjust the order for you. However, please note: If your order is already in our shipping process at that time, we will unfortunately no longer be able to change it.

Returns & Complaints

Returns of Online Orders

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your MY SNOWFLAKE order. Returns are therefore, of course, possible: you simply need to return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and cover the postage costs for the return.

Please note: For sale items, a reduced return period of 7 days from receipt of goods applies.

For quick and seamless returns processing, please note the following:

- Please include the delivery note we sent with your return so that we can correctly assign your return.

- We recommend that you keep the tracking number for your return from the post office until we have processed your return and refunded your money.

Return of Online Orders in our Stores

Due to logistical reasons, online orders unfortunately cannot be returned in our stores


Return of Store Purchases
For the exchange of products you purchased in our stores, the same conditions apply as for online purchases; for the exchange, you will also need the original receipt.

Please note that some products cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons (e.g., furniture, car seats, pacifiers, etc.). A corresponding notice is provided in the product text or can be found in our terms and conditions.

Are you not satisfied with your order? You can return regular items within 14 days and sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and not excluded from exchange. The postage costs for returns must be paid by you.

In the case of a complaint, it depends entirely on the specific situation. Therefore, please always contact us first before you wish to return products you are complaining about.

If you have received a damaged item, please send a short email to info@mysnowflake.ch. It's best to include a photo or video of the damaged item. For stroller complaints, please also provide the serial number of the stroller. This way, we can ensure quick and smooth complaint processing.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for the order within 14 days.

Furniture Orders

You can see directly on the product page whether we have your desired furniture in stock. If it is in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery. If the furniture you want is not in stock, the approximate goods receipt time will be displayed when you place your order.

Furniture is delivered by our long-standing shipping partner. For a flat shipping fee of CHF 100, we deliver furniture throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein, right to the nursery! For furniture orders over CHF 2,500, the flat shipping fee for furniture is waived.

Alternatively, you can pick up your furniture and mattresses for free at our warehouse in Zurich; simply select "Self-pickup" as the shipping method during checkout.

Yes, this is possible free of charge! Simply select "Store pickup" as the delivery method at checkout. Please note, however, that depending on the size of the furniture item, a suitably large vehicle will be required for pickup, and 2 people will be needed for loading.

We're happy to take care of furniture assembly for you! You can book the assembly service directly online with your order.

Please note that the assembly service does not include any type of wall drilling or wall mounting.

Interior Design Consultation

You are welcome to get advice on any of our products in our stores. However, in our interior design consultation, we go a step further: In a three-step process, we design a coherent concept for your child's room with matching children's furniture, wall paint, and accessories, and create an individual mood board for you.

We begin our consultation with a kick-off meeting (briefing) of approx. 30 min. For the creation of an individual concept including mood boards and product suggestions, we estimate at least 3-5 hours for a complete children's room. You only pay a flat fee for the concept at the start of the project, regardless of how many hours we invest in it.

Please note that the cost of the interior design consultation cannot be offset against furniture or accessory purchases.

We will present your personalized children's room concept to you either in person at our store in Zurich or conveniently via video call.

For an additional charge, we also offer a personal interior design consultation at your home in the Zurich area:

  • Travel flat rate: CHF 50.– per appointment
  • On-site consultation: CHF 100.–/hour

We would be happy to create a customized offer for you.

We are a certified dealer of Farrow & Ball paints, which are especially child-friendly and environmentally sound. During the interior design consultation, we will go through possible wall colors with you and find the perfect color for your nursery.

As we offer everything for the nursery, from children's furniture to decoration, we mainly suggest our own products to you and thus create the MY SNOWFLAKE look for your nursery.

Of course not! Ultimately, you only order what you like :)

Twin or multiple birth discount

Expecting twins or multiples? Congratulations! We'll give you a 7% discount on our entire range, no matter how many products you purchase.

Please send us a confirmation from your doctor for your multiple pregnancy to info@mysnowflake.ch, and after the birth, a copy of your family record book or IDs. As soon as we have your documents, we will create a personal discount code for you, which you can then enter directly at checkout for your online orders.

You can get the discount in our online shop as well as in both of our stores.

Please note that the twin/multiple discount cannot be combined with other offers or reduced items (sale). Vouchers are also excluded from the discount.
