Melamine is a practical, robust and durable material that is ideal for children. Rice uses very high quality melamine, which is reusable, long-lasting, resistant, sustainable and free of Bisphenol A and phthalates. It has also been tested by the DVFA (Danish Veterinary and Food Administration) and approved as food-safe.

Melamine is a durable material that will bring you joy for a long time if handled optimally. However, it is not unbreakable and can break if subjected to external force. Please note that the material can wear out over time, become dull and lose its strength. This can be the case, for example, if the melamine product has been exposed to hard impacts (e.g. dropped on the floor), frequent use of the dishwasher and contact with high heat over a longer period. Please check your products regularly for cracks and dispose of them if you find any damage. Melamine products are not suitable for microwave, freezer and temperatures above 70° Celsius. Melamine can be cleaned in a standard dishwasher at 60° to 70° Celsius.
