Rice uses very high-quality melamine that is reusable, long-lasting, resistant, sustainable, and free from bisphenol A and phthalates. It has also been tested by the DVFA (Danish Veterinary and Food Administration) and approved as food safe.

Melamine is a durable material that will bring you joy for a long time with optimal handling. However, it is not unbreakable and can crack if subjected to external force. Please note that the material can wear out over time, become dull, and lose its strength. This can happen, for example, if the melamine product has been exposed to harsh impacts for a long period (e.g., dropped on the floor), frequent use of the dishwasher, and contact with high heat. Please regularly check your products for cracks and dispose of them if you find damage. Melamine products are not suitable for the microwave, freezer, and temperatures above 70° Celsius. Melamine can be cleaned in a standard dishwasher at 60° to 70° Celsius.
