Melamine is a durable material that will last a long time if handled optimally. However, it is not unbreakable and can break when subjected to external force. Please note that the material may wear out over time, become dull and lose its strength. This can be the case, for example, if the melamine product has been exposed to hard impacts for a long time (e.g. dropped on the floor), frequent use of the dishwasher and contact with high heat. Please check your products regularly for cracks and dispose of them if you find any damage. Melamine products are not suitable for the microwave, freezer and temperatures above 70° Celsius. Melamine can be cleaned in a standard dishwasher at 60° to 70° Celsius.
