Garbo & Friends Muslin Changing Pad Covers are made of wonderful premium quality light and airy 100% cotton muslin, tightly woven with the finest yarn. This changing pad cover is suitable for most standard changing pads. The elastic hem encloses the changing pad and makes it easy to put on and take off when it's time for washing.
