The matte, wipeable and abrasion-resistant, mold- and water-resistant Modern Emulsion paint is suitable for heavily used walls and ceilings. Bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other high-traffic areas can be painted with Modern Emulsion, which has a Class 1 abrasion resistance. This paint can also be used very well for children's rooms.
