The matte, wipe-resistant, scrub-resistant, mold-resistant, and water-resistant Modern Emulsion paint is suitable for high-traffic walls and ceilings. Bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other busy areas can be painted with Modern Emulsion, which has a class 1 scrub resistance. This paint is also very suitable for children's rooms.
