The matte, wipe- and scrub-resistant, mold- and water-resistant Modern Emulsion paint is suitable for high-traffic walls and ceilings. Bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other busy areas can be painted with Modern Emulsion, which has a scrub resistance of class 1. This paint is also very suitable for children's rooms.

This very popular shade is similar to Charleston Gray, but with a little less warmth. Chemise looks just as good in a bright industrial loft as it does in a historic building.
