DEEPER COLORS
Primers are available in four shades: White & Light Tones, Mid Tones, Red & Warm Tones, and Dark Tones. Each primer contains a carefully designed blend of pigments that creates an initial layer of color on the wall. Only with the right primer can our colors achieve their characteristic depth and radiance, down to the undertones.
SPECIAL COVERAGE
Because they are formulated with the same rich pigments and based on a proven water-based formula, primers ensure that the paint adheres perfectly to the surface. This creates a soft, even finish – and the paint also achieves its enormous yield and special coverage.
IMPROVED ADHESION AND DURABILITY
Farrow & Ball paints are very effective when applied over the appropriate primer coat. The primer ensures that the paint adheres optimally to the surface and lasts a long time. The surface retains its color intensity and beauty longer, so you have to repaint less often.
Using the primer
It is recommended to use the appropriate primers whenever you paint with a Farrow & Ball color. It optimally brings out the colors. Furthermore, you are on the safe side when working within the system and using only products from one manufacturer. This avoids any problems that may arise from incompatibility.
