Sudbury Yellow is an interpretation of the popular wall paint created by the famous painter John Fowler for the staircase at Sudbury Hall in Derbyshire. The shade reacts strongly to changing light conditions, appearing purer and clearer in bright rooms than in dim ones, where it presents itself as soft and warm.
