To maintain its structure and softness, wool should ideally not be washed! Wool is stain-resistant, odourless, and regenerates when aired. If the wool fleece is heavily soiled, you should neither moisten nor rub the affected area, but let it dry completely before brushing it out with a special brush for wool.
