  1. Technologies used

Cookies

We only use cookies to facilitate your use of our pages. On individual pages, personal data can be stored in cookies if you have expressly agreed to this beforehand. In principle, you can also access all information on our websites if you have deactivated cookies in your Internet browser. However, if you do not accept cookies, this may lead to functional restrictions.

Log files

Each time our site is accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective internet browser and stored in log files, known as server log files. The data records stored contain the following data: date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the website), the amount of data transferred, product and version information of the browser used.

Subject to any statutory retention obligations, users' IP addresses will be deleted or anonymized after use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionately large amount of time, cost and effort.

Tracking

In order to continuously improve and optimize our offering, we use so-called tracking technologies. For this purpose, we use the services of Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help Google analyze how users use our offering. The information collected by the cookie about your use of our websites (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We would like to point out that on our websites Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Your IP address will therefore only be recorded by Google in truncated form at our instigation, which ensures anonymization and does not allow any conclusions about your identity. If IP anonymization is activated on our websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Google will use the information mentioned to evaluate your use of our websites, to compile reports on website activities for us and to provide further services related to the use of websites and the internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. A transfer of this data by Google to third parties only takes place due to legal regulations or within the framework of order data processing. Under no circumstances will Google merge your data with other data collected by Google. By using these websites, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the manner of data processing described above as well as the named purpose. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our websites to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of these websites (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

Use of Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool ensures that other tags are triggered, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. http://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html

Secure data transmission

Your personal data is securely transmitted by us through encryption. While no one can guarantee absolute protection, we secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons.

  1. Rights of the data subject
  • Within the framework of data protection regulations, you have a right to free information about your stored data, as well as, if applicable, a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of data.
  • You must send your requests to us in writing, together with a copy of an identification document.
  1. Legal basis

When processing your personal data, we take into account not only the Swiss Data Protection Act (Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); SR 235.1) and its ordinance (Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (DPO); SR 235.11), but also – if and to the extent applicable – the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)).
