VEGAN FAMILY COOKING CLASS BY HILTL ACADEMY: CULINARY HIGHLIGHT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Whether with mum, dad, grandma, godfather, or the whole family – the whole family is welcome at the vegan family cooking class at Hiltl, which we organize in cooperation with Hiltl Academy and the Tuki learning tower. Even little cooking-enthusiastic children between 1 and 8 years old can help conjure up delicious, vegan brunch classics from the Hiltl kitchen. The Tuki learning tower is used so that they can wield the cooking spoon at eye level with the adults. In the kitchen, tasty spices, crisp vegetables, and fresh fruits are combined to create unforgettable taste experiences. Under the guidance of the Hiltl Academy team, joint preparation with young and old is playfully successful. And that's not all: to top it all off, you can enjoy the delicious creations at the family brunch in a family atmosphere.
THE PROCESS
The vegan family brunch for young and old begins with a welcome juice and a brief introduction to the dishes. The menu includes the preparation of various Hiltl classics for the brunch buffet in groups. Then it's off to the kitchen. The children are 100% involved in the preparation. Thanks to the Tuki learning tower, they can keep an eye on everything and actively participate in creating the dishes for the family brunch at eye level with the adults.
Afterwards, the dishes created for the brunch buffet are enjoyed together. Participants receive the cooked recipes as a PDF by e-mail and can thus incorporate them into their daily cooking repertoire. The course fee of CHF 120 includes participation for one child up to 8 years old and one accompanying adult. Each cooking team can invite a guest (1 child + accompanying adult) to the subsequent meal for CHF 60.

The exciting vegan children's cooking class with a subsequent family break takes place on Sunday, March 20 & Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The vegan children's cooking class can be booked directly via the Hiltl Academy.
